Any cancellation is done via the website through your confirmation email. If you’re canceling within 48 hours of your appointment, kindly text the business number. You’ve agreed to the terms upon booking that the remaining balance will be charged. If a response is not received at the time of contact, you may have contacted the salon outside business hours. A response will be sent next business day during business hours. Please have nothing of major importance scheduled around your appointment. Duration time is displayed for each service however time may exceed what’s displayed. RESERVATION/DEPOSIT FEE’S ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. Wanting to change your appointment day/time is considered a canceled appointment and you’ll be booking a new appointment with a reservation/deposit fee. ****ABSOLUTELY NO EXTRA PEOPLE IN SALON SUITE DURING APPOINTMENT**** ****** STRICTLY ENFORCED LATE POLICY****** Scheduled appointments have a 10 minute grace period. CANCELLATION POLICY
RESERVATION/BOOKING FEE’S ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. Wanting to change your appointment day/time is considered a canceled appointment and you’ll be booking a new appointment with a reservation/Booking fee. We ask that you please cancel at least 72 hours prior to the date of your scheduled appointment. If you wish to cancel your appointment within the 72 hrs of the scheduled time booked, you forfeit your reservation/booking fee and you will be charged 100% of what you’ve booked. NO CALL/NO SHOW = Banned indefinitely from future bookings. Upon booking, You’ve opt in to waive your rights to any disputes and have confirmed you’ve read our policy in the about page on our website.
